  • The prints are high-quality, locally-printed (Melbourne, Australia), hand-signed prints. Beautiful, 300gsm, archival bright white paper has been chosen to print on. It has a great smooth feel, and holds colour very well. This stock is suitable for framing and should provide a lifetime of love.

    Please note: Selected prints have a rough visible texture overlaid onto them. This is deliberate. This can be seen in the detailed image of all prints in the store. Please be aware of this BEFORE purchasing. It is NOT a print issue. I sign and number every print, so would not send out something that is not 100% correct.

  • A3 PRINT

    Giclée print 270gsm Smoothe white archival paper A3+ (330mm x 482mm) or 13" x 19". There is approx 20mm(+-) left inside the edge of the sheet for matting, effectively giving you an A3 image area. 

    Prints fit into the 40x50cm frames from Ikea. Sold as prints only. These are unframed. 

    A2 PRINT

    Giclée print 270gsm Smoothe white archival paper A2+ (430mm x 610mm) or 17" x 24" (approx.)

    Prints fit into the 50x70cm frames from Ikea. Note: There is about a 5mm border between the image and the matting. Sold as prints only. These are unframed.

    A1 PRINT - or Larger!!!

  • Yes, but I recommend you have them framed professionally.

    A3 Prints

    The prints fit into the 40x50cm Frames from Ikea, or you can have them framed yourself. You will lose some of the top under the matting in the Ikea frames. This is taken into consideration in the design so nothing get’s lost.


    A2 Prints

    The prints fit into the 50x70cm Frames from Ikea, or again, you can have them framed yourself. 

    Note: There is about a 5mm border between the image and the matting. We also recommend you mount these to foamcore prior to framing as they can warp over time.The foamcore will prevent this and give your print a much longer life.

    NOTE: IKEA Frames now use a PH-Neutral plastic, not glass.

  • On average please allow:
    Australia - 7-10 days
    International - 15-21 days

    I run on low volumes, so as a result will likely print your order on-demand before posting it to you. This can add a little time as well. Overseas timings differ greatly depending on your postal service - so please keep that in mind.

    Also remember I can’t control your postage service either, but i’ll do all I can to help if needed. Remember, I'm a one man show, so be kind! I'll do my best to get them to you ASAP!! 

    Veloposters takes no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details. Make sure your Paypal information is up to date and has been interpreted correctly.

  • I send ALL, repeat ALL International orders using Australia Post International Post - Standard Services. This is the most economical and fastest and secure method I have, but unfortunately i've had to increase the international shipping costs as the service structure has changed. All international orders are shipped with tracking, Insurance and signature on delivery.

    Veloposters do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

    All domestic shipments are sent using Australia Post Express Post and are usually delivered next day. Details of delivery times and service information can be found at auspost.com. The vast majority of shipping times within Australia will be less than 2 working days. But remember - Veloposters can't control the postal service! All postage prices include a small surcharge for handling and postage materials. Any questions, just ask!

    We will endeavour to send your order the safest and most economical way we can.

    Please note - shipping time does NOT include printing and handling time. Please see “When will I receive my print’ for more information.

  • I will send tracking advice once shipped. If the tracking has not been updated, i’ve found this tracking site that usually gives a more detailed summary. Tracking varies from Country to Country.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on prints purchased, due to the fragile nature and risk of damage. So buy carefully!!! :)

  • Discount codes are valid for 6 months from date sent, unless otherwise specified and only applicable on general prints. Codes can not be redeemed on any custom, semi custom, or Map your Ride prints.

  • If your print arrives damaged in any way, get in touch STRAIGHT AWAY, I repeat STRAIGHT AWAY via email and include photos of the damage to the print and the postal tube. I'll do my best to work with you to resolve any issues. I take utmost care to ensure your prints are protected as best they can be, so if you're postal service decide to run over your prints, we'll need to figure out what we can do to resolve the issue so both parties are happy.
